A practical and informational website designed to accommodate the patients of a neurology medical practice.
On-Demand Patient Information
MDWeb was designed especially so for those patients needing information regarding the use, maintenance, and adjustment of sleep-aid devices.
Design Goals
The website was commissioned with the specific goal of optimizing, personalizing, and updating the owner’s medical image website as well as providing a channel of communication for his patients. The information provided on the website aimed at alleviating phone calls into the office of people asking for instructions regarding their medical equipment. A series of help videos and informational material was added to the site and patients can download and view all the materials.
My Role
I worked directly with the owner of the practice in order to understand his needs and goals for the web site. I conducted related research and created all the collateral graphic material for the website, as well as the design of the user experience and user interface. This was a freelance project.
